Users are obliged to share data taken out of this data file with others only for the purpose of family research. It is not allowed to share the data with commercial users or organizations. Sharing these data for the prupose of registration in other electronic data files open to the public will need my permission. Inquiries will be satisfied on condition that the user agrees with all terms indicated on this page.

The user agrees to the registration of data and further information given by him to complete the present data stock. The user declares that there is no contractual claim of others (e.g. copyright a/o.) and no legal obstacle in her/his country. The user agrees to share data with other users under all terms here mentioned. Sharing data is required. Some of the data in this file are available only because of the information givenby other users.

Costs: Every information by e-mail is free. In case of postal dispatch or voluminous information I will ask for compensation.

There is no liability whatsoever on the side of the author with regard to successful data processing or the prevention of any kind of computer virus if answers are given via the internet.

For the reasonFor the reason of data protection, this homepage does not allow users to get online-information about living people. The passing of information about a living person needs the written permission of this person. Without permission only the address of a person is available - as far as it is included in the data file and available from a public register like a phone directory.
