Since 1980 my hobby has been genealogy - with a special interest in the families named Blocher and Plocher.

I give my special thanks to these societies as well as to all who have supported myresearch.

 

It is a special pleasure for me to support the aims of the society

 

Helfer ohne Grenzen e.V., Heidelberg (helpers across the borders)

This society supports the victims of civil wars in the South East of Europe. The society is organizing transports of aid goods to those areas and is supporting social projects in those countries.

Especially the society is looking for sponsors for children who lost their parents or who need urgent help.

My wife and me are sponsors of a child and we share in the activities of this society.
